T-12 participates in a multidisciplinary project to develop computational fluid dynamics for multiphase systems in the presence of chemical reactions. Work in T-12 concentrates on the chemistry and chemical kinetics of crystallization processes in a large reactor system. The project involves close coupling with the computational fluid dynamics group (T-3).
