• Center for Semiconductor Modeling and Simulation -- This is a CRADA activity between the DOE and the Semiconductor Research Corporation to develop and enhance software for modeling the deposition and etching of materials on semimconductor wafers.
• Recombination Dynamics -- This project will study the three-body breakup dynamics resulting from the collision of atoms with diatoms in three dimensions, using quantum mechanical scattering techniques. Applying the principle of time reversal of the dynamics, these calculations will shed light on processes of three-body recombination as well.
